Senior Survey Engineer

Job Summary:

A Senior Survey Engineer is regarded as someone who is fully conversant in all engineering aspects of marine survey operations.

They can successfully manage the survey engineering team during operations and will report directly to the Party Chief.

The Senior Survey Engineer is expected to coach and assess members of the Survey Team in line with the Competence Management Programme.

Entry Level Specifications:

  • Satisfactory completion of the competence criteria for Survey Engineer Grade I and be working towards Senior Survey Engineer grade
  • Nominally 200 days operational experience as a Survey Engineer Grade I
  • Valid and current offshore medical certificate that is acceptable in the region of the world in which they are employed
  • Valid and current offshore survival certificate that is acceptable in the region of the world in which they are employed
